[Business] Can I use a shared mail email account?
This answer is specific to Trainline for Business users.
If you wish to have access to all the reservations of your organisation (to make a necessary exchange or cancellation for example), it's possible. Just ask us. You will then become a Travel Consultant (the list of roles is available right here). Do not hesitate to contact us.
We strongly recommend against using a shared email address or a mailing list address for your Trainline for Business account.
Each account is personal and corresponds to a physical person, with a first and last name, and date of birth. Creating an account with false information risks inconveniencing other members of your organisation.
We recommend that you delete any accounts that use shared email or mailing list addresses. And instead you can invite each member separately.
