[Business] How to reserve tickets for other users
This answer is specific to Trainline for Business users.
Purchase requests are available for Premium subscribers only.
If you are a Travel Assistant, Travel Manager, or Supervisor, you can pre-book a ticket for yourself or other organisation members. All you need to do is select the relevant user from the passenger list and then search for the tickets.
Once the reservation has been finalised, everyone that is included in the reservation will receive their tickets and printing instructions by email. The tickets will also appear in each person’s account, in their Tickets section.
