Can you add someone into my reservation?
Unfortunately not. Once a booking is paid for, no additional passengers can be added to it. This is because a reservation is a finalised ticket, which means it is impossible to add a new passenger onto the same ticket. Instead a new ticket must be purchased and therefore a new reservation is created.
Can we still sit together?
Unfortunately the same situation applies if you would like someone with a separate booking to be seated next to you. It is not always possible to obtain specific seats, as they are subject to availability and the type of train that you will be travelling on. So we cannot guarantee that the separate reservations will have seats nearby.
