How many people can I add to a reservation?
You can add up to 9 passengers per booking when you are connected to your Trainline account.
Create an account (it's free!).
If you do not have a Trainline account or you are not signed in to your Trainline account, you can only add up to 5 passengers per booking.
However, there is a
5-passenger limit for trains operated by
Deutsche Bahn and
Trenitalia, even if you book through a Trainline account.
Group rates
We unfortunately do not offer group rates. If you wish to book for 10 passengers or more, we suggest you book directly through the rail carrier, they may offer you a discounted group rate.
