Can I use a discount or advantage code from SNCF?

Yes. SNCF discount/advantage codes can be applied to SNCF TGV and Intercités journeys booked on our site.

It’s simple! You just need to click on the Add a discount code link and then enter your code:

The discount or advantage code will then be included in your booking. 

Does Trainline give out their own discount codes? Where can I find them?

Unfortunately not. At the moment we do not create our own discount codes for tickets as we already sell tickets at the lowest possible prices.

I currently have a pre-booked ticket in my shopping cart. Can I add a discount/advantage code to it?

No. Unfortunately we can no longer change the price of a ticket once it has been pre-booked. The discount/advantage code must be added before  making the booking. 

I have pre-booked a ticket using a discount/advantage code. If I cancel and do not pay for this ticket, can I still use my code with another booking?

Yes, you certainly can!  

I have booked and paid for a ticket with a discount/advantage code. I now wish to cancel and refund this ticket, will I get my code back?

No. The terms and conditions of the carrier do not allow this.
