I’ve made a double booking!
We understand that from time to time, double bookings can happen and you may purchase two or more identical tickets at once.
There is no reason for you to panic just yet. Depending on the time of your booking and the ticket conditions, you may be able to fully refund your duplicate tickets.
What should I do?
- Firstly of all, visit the ticket section in your Trainline account and verify the conditions of your tickets. If they are refundable, then you can cancel them.
- If your tickets are non-refundable, then you can get in touch with us. Very rarely, certain non-refundable tickets have an emergency cancellation policy. However this only applies to less than 5% of all ticket types. So please keep in mind that it is very unlikely this policy will apply to your tickets, but also, keep your fingers crossed!
