Can I receive my ticket by mail?

We currently do not send tickets by mail. We have carefully analysed this idea. However, we had decided that it was too costly and complicated to send tickets all over the world since we have more than 22 European carriers on offer. Other companies such as and Rail Europe are fortunate enough to have this service offered to them by SNCF or other rail operators. As an independent distributor, we do not have access to this service and therefore it is very complicated for us to put this type of infrastructure into place.

Yet as a more convenient alternative, we offer our customers e-tickets! These can be printed at home, stored on a smartphone or rail card. So instead of waiting for the post(wo)man to deliver your tickets, you can simply await an email in your inbox with your tickets attached.
