I forgot to add my rail card when I booked. What should I do?

If you would like to receive a discount or loyalty points then unfortunately it is not possible to add the card to the booking after payment. Rail cards can only be taken into consideration before a reservation is made and not afterwards.

If you would like to use your loyalty card as an E-ticket, it has to be added at the time of booking. The same applies for discount cards. The rail operators unfortunately cannot amend the price of your ticket if you have forgotten to add your card. The only solution is to cancel your ticket and rebook. Depending on the type of ticket that you have, you can exchange or refund your it free of charge. As soon as you have added all of your cards to your user profile, they will automatically be included in your next reservation.
